INSPIRATION
One of the things I have never been in this world is perfect. I remember that each year at the begin-ning of the year, I would determine to get all A’s. I did well until the first quiz or assignment was graded then I discovered that my goal was shot. So, I just gave up and got by.
The Lord saved me and called me to preach. Again I wanted to be perfect, but needless to say someone soon came by and let me know I wasn’t perfect there either.
Then I read in the Bible that God said to be PERFECT in Him. Everyone says we can’t be perfect because only Jesus was perfect. But, re-member He was born sinless. He still stayed sin-less on this earth as man. How could I possibly be perfect with all my weakness? I read that when God forgives my sin, He never remembers them. It is as if I had never sinned when I go to Him because He washed all my sins away. Guess what? I am finally perfect….not in man’s eyes but in God’s. And, who counts more?
So, the next time Satan or one of his helpers tries to put you down just remind him that your Father thinks you’re PERFECT.

Homelessness and malnutri-
tion are two gigantic needs pre-
sent in Orlando. If you are eat-
ing out of a garbage can, you are
starving; and, homelessness is affecting all plateaus of life. Each $1.24 can end
the humiliation and hunger by providing a good meal. UGC is already helping the Mission, but with your help we can and will do more. You are blessed to be a blessing.
This project is near the
heart of “Rev” for it is min-
istering to pastors on for-
eign soil. We are provid-
ing the Bible text, study
references and special notes and articles…all in one book. You could make your $10 (or more) donation in memory of a loved one. Our goal for 2012: 80. Ask the author of the Book what He would have you give and do it today.
God has granted favor to Rev on
a recent trip to Peru. Rev. and
Dora will be going to the Highlands
on August 16, and then return to the
city of Lima to conclude the journey.
God is bringing eternal effects as
a result of UGC. Lives are being formed as transformed by God’s Word.
